Hearing Aid Repairs
There are a 2 things patients can do in these circumstances.
They can either post them into us with a note stating the issue and we will post them back.
They can drop them in to either Eastbourne Hospital reception area or Conquest Hospital reception area where there is a box for the department. Staff will empty this on a daily basis and then post the hearing aids back to the patient. Again the patient will need to leave a note stating the issue with the aid.
Patients can also phone the department for advice and the technicians will talk them through steps they can take at home to clear blockages.
